Black Witch Moth is a battle against the curse of negative manifestations. It is a prayer of hope in the deepest darkest moments of despair. It is the sublimation of evil. Will you beat the curse?

Black Witch Moth was recorded initially live to 2 inch tape at Good Danny’s in Lockhart, TX.

Grant ran the tape machine, played guitar and banjo, and laid down the lyrics.

Live tracking musicians include :

James Gwyn ( 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 ) and Jacob Jaeger ( 3, 4, 9 ) on drums, Kris Wade on bass, and Wilson Marks on guitar ( 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 ). Simon Page played guitar on ( 3 & 4 ) and pedal steel on ( 9 ).

Kris Wade helped co-produce the record and played a bunch of cool key and guitar parts.

Overdubs were done at Waterslide Studio (RIP), Radiomilk, Church House, Six-String Ranch, Aunt Linda’s House, Mysterioso Ranch, Kris’s apartment, Daisy’s apartment, & possibly others not mentioned here.
